Which Matrix Movie is better?
Which is better, the first, Reloaded, or Revolutions.

The first is the best. It established an amazing universe, which was unfortunately not explored all that well in the later sequels; mostly put aside to go overkill with the CGI and action sequences. I watched The Matrix again…the first one…about two weeks ago now for the first time in perhaps a little too long. I’ve watched the last two a ton over the last year since they’ve essentially been in rotation on HBO or Starz…whatever program decides to play them. But, the first one is so amazing. Just about everything about it, the soundtrack, the dialogue, the action, the story line behind it all. Some scenes in this movie, I practically just melt…for instance, the Lady in the Red Dress scene. Does it get any better?

…Reloaded is a good action movie, but it feels completely different from the first Matrix. Revolutions is just disappointing all around. I am not even sure if I would call it a good movie, even though I am a huge Matrix fan and so therefore am perhaps heavily biased. The finale battle was entirely overwhelming and…just the pay-off with sticking with the trilogy was unsatisfying.

The first, it treated fans to something they really had not seen before.

Marissa is obviously not paying attention or has not seen the THREE Matrix movies because both insinuates two. Shame on you Marissa, you missed the opportunity to answer such a great question. The first Matrix movie was the best. It was original and became a study for future movie making. I was a little disappointed with Reloaded and Revolutions, the story just seemed hurried. If the first Matrix was just not so good, I probably would not have felt the second and third movies were so bad. I believe my expectations we so high that I would only accept superior quality and mediocrity became inferior in the shadow of the first Matrix.

The first was the only good one. The others blew chunks…

The later ones because they look more sci-fi.
