Why aren't American wounded in Afghanistan listed in casualty reports by AP ? American wounded in Iraq are.?
Since the start of the Iraq War I been following the casualty reports listed by the Associated Press from Pentagon sources in my local daily paper.
The reports are published on Thursday and Sunday.
Deaths from both theaters of operation including elsewhere in the region are listed. The wounded from Iraq are listed and the number is currently over 31,000 but there has NEVER been a mention of the number of wounded in Afghanistan.
Why?
How would we know why your paper doesn’t publish them? Why not call the paper?

Ewrestlingnews.com has confirmed Umaga(Eddie Fatu is dead)? Thoughts and tributes?
We can now unfortunately confirm that former WWE star Umaga (Eddie Fatu) has passed away. According to a source, he suffered a second heart attack while in the hospital. He was 36.
Details are sketchy at this point but he apparently fell asleep last night while watching television, and several hours later, his wife found him not breathing with blood coming out of his nose and he was rushed to the hospital.
The suspicion on cause of death is prescription pills, as Umaga was reportedly found bleeding from his nose and mouth when found by his wife. We obviously can’t confirm that yet until toxicology reports come back in several weeks.
We’re told his family was told to get into town and to the hospital right away. Family members were told they believe he suffered a heart attack. He was taken off life support earlier today.
WWE will be issuing a statement later today or this weekend.
Umaga was released from his WWE contract in June after failing WWE’s Wellness Policy for the second time. At that time, he refused the company’s wishes to send him to rehab. So sad. He was on the Hulkamania Tour in Australia that just concluded last weekend.
As noted earlier, several wrestlers have posted messages on Twitter regarding the death of former WWE superstar Eddie "Umaga" Fatu. Here’s what some of them are saying:

I lived in Rwanda for a long time, and the truth is that Paul Rusesabagina is not a hero like portrayed in the movie. In fact, he threw many of the people who could not afford to pay out of the hotel to the Interahamwe gangs. Also, it does not put enough emphasis on the role that the Army played in the Genocide. The FAR (Rwandan Military) worked along with the Interahamwe gangs not against them as portrayed in the movie. Not to mention, as someone who has been the Milles Collines countless times, it looks nothing like the South African hotel that was used for the film.It also does not put enough blame on the US, France and the UK which stood by as a million innocent people were slaughtered in 1994. But enough of my rantings, here are some websites.

I'm being harassed over the phone. What should I do?
I have gotten two voice mails from kids in my school.
The first one was from this girl that doesn’t seem to like me much although she is openly fake about being nice to me to my face. In the message, she was pretending to be a girl that i met at a party (i never went to a party) pretending to be interested in being friends. Although there was only one person speaking, i could hear many other kids in the background.
The second voice mail was from a boy’s landline phone. There were the voices of two boys reading something that i had posted on facebook.
These kids try to make themselves anonymous, but i google their phone numbers and i am able to trace them back to the phone owner’s identity.
None of these calls are scary or life-threatening, but they are annoying an i really want them to stop, because it still hurts that of all people, they would choose ME to make fun of. There have only been two messages. i have not returned any calls but idk what else i can do. I dont remember ever giving these two people my number and both callers are part of the "popular crowd" at school.
btw i am in high school (10th grade), but i have known the girl and most of her friends since middle school and they bullied me A LOT in the eight grade.
does anyone know what i should do?
Haha this has happened to me before but I was just like w/e. I just glare at that bitch when I pass her and make though that make it known that im not scared of her. She thinks I don’t know it was her. like when she tries to talk to me…(she hates me too but like we’re in a couple of clubs together) I just ignore her and look into thin air.
Honestly my advice to you is if it really ismt going to kill you just leave it be. I mean two voices. Don’t confront them or anything…they seem like jerks. BUT don’t be a pushover either…make it clear that you don’t like them. And if they contiue after this voicemail with these like annoying calls..Talk to a school official. This is bullying. Now if its turns into life-threatning…go to the police. Get those motherfckers in trouble so they know that you’re not too nice yourself. You have that right.

You have a couple of choices. First tell your mother (or parents). They could call parents if the kids to talk to them about them calling you and harassing you. This might solve it. Or you could cal Mrs. Whomever and tell mom yourself. Be polite but ask her to please stop them from calling.
You can call the police about harassing calls. They lie about who they are and you got their numbers on called ID.
In some states you can record calls but in some it is illegal. Check
the Internet on taping laws. There is one-party or two-party rule. You need one party or all party agreement to tape record. Police can advise you if you contact them.

honestly… i would just try to make the people feel as stupid as possible.
for instance, go up to the girl at lunch or something. "so… who’s party did you say we met at?" look at her like she’s an idiot, and then just walk away.
other than that… make your facebook page as private as possible, and delete these people.
or even better… call them back. maybe there parents will answer, and you can explain the "situation".

People in the world is there such thing as A santa clause?
No. It’s a story parents tell their children to make Christmas more accessible. You can tell a 5 year old about Jesus’ birth and they probably won’t get it, but the idea of a jolly man bringing presents to them if they are good is easier for them to understand.

Parents just tell kids that there is one that comes and puts christmas presents under the tree so that the get excited and to make it a magical time of the year for them.

I feel lost and scared of love…?
I’m 23 years old (female) and i’m in a state of confusion and fear. I’ve been hurt several times in previous relationship and it’s lead to me feeling that i’m not good enough for anyone or anything. I feel like i don’t love myself, that i put myself down and that i’m hard on myself.
I have the most beautiful hearted man in my life…we’ve known each other for nearly 3 years now, most of it long distance (he lives in the US and i live in Australia), having met him recently (I decided to travel to the US to see him). We’ve been through so much together, yet somehow we’ve managed to stay together. He loves me so much and he’s willing to do anything for us to be together forever. I just feel so lost and confused because i feel like i can’t feel love or that i have difficulty recieving love. He’s everything i’ve wanted and needed in a man, and above all he understands me. I feel alive when i’m with him and i’m happy when i’m with him, but for some reason, i just feel hesitant or scared to say those three words. I don’t know if this is because i feel like i don’t love myself or what it is. I just feel so scared of those 3 words and of feeling love, i don’t know what to do. Right now, we’re taking a small break to work on ourselves individually but still be there for each other. I just feel like something is holding me back. Any insights into the situaiton would be appreciated.

The best solution to this problem is, "You must love yourself before trying to love someone else."
This is the only way anything will work for the both of you. If you don’t love yourself, and if you’re not confident in yourself, then that means you will eventually have a trust issue, especially being so far away. Maybe once you try to accept yourself and be more open, you may be able to tell him how you feel, but until then, I wouldn’t. You never know, once you tell him how you feel, perhaps you might move in together and start a "more serious" relationship. Could be the best thing to build confidence for you right now
